The 4th year studio project. One month long.
The Light House is on Donkey Island. It has 30 meters hight and contains living units on the second floor: a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and other machinery units on the third floor a gallery space for repairing glass of light, and on the fourth floor a lantern room.
Parasite architecture is the inspiration and method of Light House. The four columns based concrete structure as old structure and steel structure of Light House is connecting to it as a new structure. Steel triangular modules are constructing the structure of the Light House. These steel modules are transforming to columns, beams, walls, windows, doors, solar panels, shelter, lantern, and staircase structure according to building needs.
